Fasting cures
Fasting is helpful for many people and for many ailments:
- high performance sports people
- for a long and healthy life
- rejuvenation
- personal growth
- high blood pressure
- rheumatic diseases
There are some people who should not fast:
- people with mental illness, especially illnesses with a manic or psychotic phase
- people with eating disorders: bulimia and anorexia nervosa
- people who take psycho-pharmaceuticals
- people who take certain medications – ask me which ones
- diabetics who take insulin, for whom I highly recommend the oat cure instead
