Fasting cures

Fasting is helpful for many people and for many ailments:

  • high performance sports people
  • for a long and healthy life
  • rejuvenation
  • personal growth
  • high blood pressure
  • rheumatic diseases

There are some people who should not fast:

  • people with mental illness, especially illnesses with a manic or psychotic phase
  • people with eating disorders: bulimia and anorexia nervosa
  • people who take psycho-pharmaceuticals
  • people who take certain medications – ask me which ones
  • diabetics who take insulin, for whom I highly recommend the oat cure instead
